What You Are Buying

Every item sold through Mind Builders is a digital file — a printable worksheet, activity pack, coloring book, or similar resource — delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped, and nothing arrives in the mail.

Instant Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, your download link is generated immediately and shown on the confirmation page, and also emailed to the address you provided at checkout. Delivery does not depend on business hours or manual processing — it happens automatically, right after payment succeeds.

Re-Downloading What You’ve Bought

If you lose your download link, need it again later, or want to download on a different device, use Find My Order with your order number and the email address used at checkout. This re-issues a working download link for anything you’ve already purchased, at no extra charge.

How You May Use What You Download

Purchasing a digital product gives you a personal, non-transferable license to print and use the file for your own household, classroom, or immediate family — as many times as you like, for as long as you like.

What this does not permit: reselling, redistributing, or sharing the original file (or a scan/photo of a printed copy) with anyone outside your own household or classroom; posting the file for others to download; or claiming the design as your own in any commercial product.

File Formats & What You’ll Need

Most items are delivered as PDF files, viewable and printable using any standard PDF reader (built into most phones, tablets, and computers) and any home or office printer. Product pages list the specific format before you buy, so you know exactly what you’re getting.

If a File Doesn’t Open or Print Correctly

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or won’t open, contact us and we’ll fix or replace it at no cost. This is separate from — and does not require — a refund.

Refunds on Digital Products

Because digital files are delivered instantly and can be used immediately, refund eligibility for digital products follows our general Refund Policy, which explains the specific circumstances refunds are available for a digital-first store.
